Confidential secretaries and personal assistants working at the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) are currently undergoing training.

According to Dr Nasiru Sani, the Director of Human Resource Management and Administration, “The three-day training is part of the renewed human capital development initiative by management. Training and re-training of staff leads to increased staff motivation and productivity. Professionals drawn from the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) are facilitating the training which focuses on office technology and management”.

The training programme which began on Thursday, 22nd August, will end on Saturday, 24th of August, 2024.
